Authenticity, talent and drive are the key ingredients needed in the industry and Ailema has just that. A former History & Novel Writing major, graduate of the renowned National Youth Theatre of Great Britain and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art Ailema loves to write, read fantasy fiction novels and learn new languages. She’s a BAFTA Connect member who has starred in award winning projects such as The Crown and Gliding.

Her award winning play ‘Fort Huachuca’ debuted Off-Broadway in New York to rave reviews (2023) and several Broadway World nominations. Her overall purpose is to tell bold new stories whether in front or behind the camera that pushes the norm, utilizing her passions to inspire a new & better world.
